Complete with new Lighting, Power, CAT6 Networks cabling system throughout office, Cisco I-vision Boardroom link up, Metering and AC Separation. With a tight schedule working with the client on Design and construct thorough ongoing clear communication was vital. Handover being delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
Intercontinental Hotel, Bar and Lounge upgrade

Maco Electrics completed recent Bar and Lounge renovation and upgrade to the Intercontinental hotel in Sanctuary cove, Hope Island. All works were undertaken with hotel in full operation. Additional Cafe kitchen, POS service desk, DATA, Bar lighting and lounge lighting were integrated into the existing Building Management system.

Services include adding additional metering and sub circuits for new tenancies. Installation of Emergency luminaries carpark and common areas to bring building up to current code. New Distribution Boards, rewiring of tenancies and lighting installation to BCA J6 building code.

The project has a sublime, ephemeral quality, with a simple skin of delicate breezeblocks. A close collaboration between architect and engineer made the modular timber frame and skin work with minimal steel.
